My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We’re so sorry! Please email hello@celiyahome.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
How do personalised orders work?
Simply fill in the personalisation box when you order. We’ll print your details exactly as entered, so please double-check spelling, capitals and punctuation before checking out.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as [Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay]. All payments are processed securely at checkout.
How long will my order take?
Most items are dispatched within 1–3 working days. Personalised items are made to order and dispatched within 3–5 working days. UK delivery usually takes 1–3 working days after dispatch, and you’ll get an email when your order is on its way.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
If you need to change something, especially personalisation details, email us at hello@celiyahome.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but once a personalised item has been made, we can’t make changes.
Can I Return My Items?
Unwanted items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, as long as they’re unused and in their original condition. Please email us first at hello@celiyahome.com. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.
